How liberally is an all student e-mail privelage being given to students? What if the number of students with this access was decreased? I know when I was a club leader, all student emails were the only real way to advertise. You could either chalk the campus but it would get erased after a day, or post fliers which could get annoying because you needed certain approvals, wasted paper and had to spend what little club money you had. I like the idea of the campus web page where you could post announcements but am curious if people would ever use it, and who would be allowed to post a message?
